Do you ship internationally?

At this time we only ship within Singapore.

How long will it takes my orders to get to me?

All orders will be mail out within 1-2 processing day, excluding Weekend and Public Holiday. All domestic orders are shipped via Ninja Van (Trackable) Mail which takes one to three working days once the orders are mailed out. We will notify you by email when your package is mailed out.

Can I self collect my purchases?

We do not have any stores currently and do not allow self-collection of items at this moment. All parcels will reach you by mail.

How do I track my package?

We will email you a tracking number with a direct link when your order has been mailed out at the postal service.

I have not receive my parcel, what should i do?

Please drop an email to our Customer Support Team via the contact form if you have not received your parcel after 10 working days and we will assist you accordingly.

If I placed an order, can I change the size or add an item to it?

Unfortunately once an order is placed, it cannot be altered in order to allow us to pack your orders efficiently.

Can i request for Refunds or Exchanges if I purchase an incorrect size/color?

Unfortunately exchange is only applicable under the following condition.
• Wrong item sent out
• Wrong size sent out
• Defects item

In the case of incorrect or defects item, we sincerely apologise for it. Please inform us at avonche.customer@gmail.com, with a photo of the incorrect / defects item before we request for the items to be mail back to us. Please note that all products will be checked before mailing out. **Defects made after mailing out will not be eligible for exchanges.

We strongly encourage customers to mail back the items using Singpost Registered mail to prevent any lost mail. Customers hold the responsibility that the parcel is mail back to us. We will reimburse the postage cost upon receipt at our premises. Your item must be unused and in the same condition you received it. The correct order will be mail to you in the shortest time possible once we received and accepted your return order.

In the event that your originally purchased item has sold out, a full amount will be refund to you.

How do i pay for my order?

We accept Credit Card Payment and Paypal Payment.

Colour of the items i have received turns out to be different from what i have seen on your website.

Actual color of the item might differ slightly due to studio lighting as well as setting of your monitor/laptop/mobile device screen.

What are the things i need to take note of in caring for my purchases?

Do turn the products inside out during washing or drying. This will protect the artwork on our cotton based products. Cotton based material can be vulnerable to shrinking in high-heat wash and dry cycles. We recommended to wash and dry on LOW-HEAT, tumble dry or hang dry.
